Experience: I have practiced law for 43 years as a trial lawyer, have tried, for plaintiffs and defendants, in federal and state courts located across Missouri and Kansas, and in numerous other states, almost every type of case from personal injury and contract cases and to numerous anti-trust and other types of class actions. I have taught numerous CLE courses dealing with various aspects of trial work and case preparation for the Kansas City Bar Assn, The Missouri Bar, the American Association of Justiæ and The American Bar Associations Section of Litigation. During the last 5 years I handled cases in Califomia, Texas, Kentucky, Kansas and Missouri.

I was an elected member of the Board of Governors of The Missouri Bar for 12 years, and served as the President of The Missouri Bar in 2013.
