Media Credentials for March 6 Trial, Fish et al., v. Kobach/ Bednasek v. Kobach

Media planning to attend Fish et al. v. Kobach/ Bednasek v. Kobach must register on-line (CLICK HERE). Limited courtroom seating for the media can be reserved in advanced by completing the registration form. A separate overflow location (room 180) with a closed-circuit TV feed of the proceeding will be made available to the public and credentialed media.
Credentialed media will be permitted to have electronic devices (including cell phones, laptops, iPads, etc.) in the media room ONLY, provided that any audio, video, and image recording functions are not utilized. Dedicated cameras or recording devices will not be permitted in the courthouse. No electronic devices of any kind (cell phones, laptops, iPads, etc) will be permitted in the courtroom.
Media will abide by the Local Rules of the United States District Court for the District of Kansas, in particular, Rule 83.2.1, Rule 83.2.2, and Rule 83.2.4. For more information on the case CLICK HERE.
