The Court is pleased to announce the implementation of their newly designed program regarding a Request for Certificate of Good Standing. The new program enables requests to be processed more quickly, and with greater ease. New features allow the attorney the option to receive their certificate(s) by email, standard mail, or both. New requirements that should be noted: Attorneys must be active status in our court, and have an individual PACER Central Sign-On Account in order to log in and make their request.
