Order Regarding Cybersecurity Breach
The District of Kansas is responding to the recent disclosure of wide-spread cybersecurity breaches of government computer systems with new security procedures to protect highly sensitive confidential documents (HSDs). Chief Judge Robinson signed Administrative Order 2021-01 today (1/19/21) outlining the processes to be used to identify HSDs and the steps to take to protect them.
