With 25 years of state and federal litigation and dispute resolution experience, Amy Coopman is skilled at helping parties build bridges to resolve disputes. Amy has experience mediating a wide variety of civil disputes, individual, class and qui tam actions, including Employment (workplace personnel disputes, discrimination, wage and hour, safety and health, etc.); Personal Injury (physical injury, premises liability, medical malpractice, motor vehicle, civil claims for assault, etc.); and Business (contracts, transactions, accounting, dissolution, partner or organizational disputes).Â Amy transitioned to a full-time mediation practice in 2020.
