ADR ExperienceExperience:
I serve regularly as mediator in a range of matters involving commercial disputes, railroad controversies, including crossing accidents and FELA claims, employment disputes and professional negligence claims and trust disputes. In preparing for the mediation conference I bring to bear my considerable experience in diligently studying the submitted materials. I formulate my own assessment regarding the parties' strengths which are then explored throughout the conference. It is my objective to aid the parties to dispassionately evaluate the available option of settlement versus the potential of litigating the matter.
