Experience: Currently, mediator, arbitrator, and fact-finder in Mudrick Arbitration & Mediation, LLC. Until 2019, partner in Henson, Hutton, Mudrick, & Gragson, & Vogelsberg, L.L.P.--practiced primarily in employment discrimination, and labor law and litigation, and labor arbitrations (with Firm since 1998); Associate General Counsel and General Attorney: litigation, claims, labor, and other matters for Western Resources, Inc. (now Westar), 1987-98; attorney, Southwestern Bell Tel. Co.: contracts, arbitrations, litigation, claims, etc., 1976-87.
