The annual attorney renewal season for 2024-2025 will soon open for attorneys admitted to the United States District Court in the District of Kansas. Beginning June 3, 2024, attorneys will renew their membership via CM/ECF to pay the $25 renewal fee. The Online Attorney Renewal System no longer functions. Renewals will not be considered complete until payment is received. An attorney must renew if they have any open or pending cases in the District or Bankruptcy Courts for the District of Kansas. An attorney with no open or pending cases may renew to an inactive status and pay no fees. Failure to renew to an active or inactive status may result in suspension of status pursuant to D. Kan. Rule 83.5.3(a).
