I have been practicing law for 25 years and have extensive experience in federal court, including representation of parties and class in complex, class action and collective action matters.

For the last 5 years, I have owned and operated the Hodes Law Firm, LLC as a solo practitioner, and focus my practice areas on employment litigation, business litigation, and general civil litigation.  I have been appointment as lead and co-lead class counsel on several wage and hour matters that were resolved by settlement.

Fee Structure
Rate: $300 per hour to be split by the parties, which will include time billed in preparation of the mediation and any substantial follow up work following the mediation.
