| Experience: | I have practiced in the Kansas City area since 2006. For the last 9 years I have been the managing partner of the Kansas office for Franke, Schultz & Mullen. In August 2024, I left the firm to form Johannsen Law, LLC to focus primarily on ADR. For nearly 20 years I have practiced in serious personal injury, emotional/mental health injury and wrongful death cases. I authored the Missouri Tort Desk Reference chapter on emotional distress claims in Missouri. I have extensive experience practicing in Kansas Federal Court and tried cases across both Missouri and Kansas. |
