Experience: | Completed Core Mediation and Civil Mediation Training and Practicums. I have been an approved Mediator in the State of Kansas since 2017. I served as in house counsel at Sprint and led the Labor and Employment Group and participated in numerous mediations in that role. I volunteered as a mediator in the Johnson County District Court for Small Claims and Limited Actions. I also was a volunteer mediator for the EEOC and handled multiple employment case. I have presented on CLE and CDRE programs on best practices in mediation, mediation ethics and mediation of employment cases. |

Experience: | I am an experienced legal professional and business executive. I began my career in private practice before serving as in-house counsel at Sprint Corporation. I started as a Staff Attorney and ultimately became the AVP Law for Labor and Employment at Sprint providing legal advice and defending employment litigation nationwide. I also held executive positions in Human Resources and Supply Chain Management. As the AVP Human Resources Operations I led a team of HR professionals that provided support on staffing, employee relations, organization development and compensation matters. I later moved to the Supply Chain Management Group serving as AVP of Sourcing and VP Supply Chain Management. My responsibilities included contract negotiation, supplier selection and vendor management. |

Rate: | $375.00 per hour 4 hour min for study and mediation time. Fees for multi-party cases are $475.00 per hour with a 4 hour min. |
