Experience: Former managing partner and practice group head of Husch Blackwell Sanders LLP practicing in the areas of Alternative Dispute Resolution, Labor and Employment, Commercial Litigation, and Healthcare since 1971. Former Chair of the Missouri Bar Committee on Alternative Dispute Resolution, a member of the Missouri Supreme Court Committee on Alternative Dispute Resolution, served as Special Master for the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri and Kansas. Serving as member of the American Arbitration Association Large Complex Litigation Panel, Commercial Arbitration Panel, Employment Arbitration and Mediation Panels, and the National Arbitration Forum. Chair and formerly member of the U.S. District Court Federal Advisory Committee which drafted and implemented the Early Assessment Program in the Western District of Missouri in 1992 and served on the Case Management Committee of the Sixteenth Judicial Circuit which implemented mediation in state court in Metropolitan Kansas City, Missouri in 2006. Fee Structure

Rate: $345.00 per hour Arbitrator/Mediator Compensation ($395 per hour for class action/multiple party disputes), plus $70.00 per hour AAA Administrative Fee on AAA matters. 50% for less than seven days cancellation notice. Willing to serve in St. Louis and Springfield, Missouri; Omaha, Nebraska; greater Metropolitan Kansas City without travel time or expenses.
