While the Court welcomes jurors of any age, those 70 or older may request an exemption from service under our Jury Plan — though a response to the Questionnaire is still required. You may respond online (preferred) through eJUROR or return the completed paper Questionnaire by mail. To request the age exemption online, select that option in question #14. To request the age exemption on the paper Questionnaire, mark #1 under section 14, fill in your date of birth on question #2, and sign and date the bottom.
