A response is required even if a recipient cannot serve. Completing the Qualification Questionnaire either online (preferred) through eJUROR or by mail, does not necessarily mean you will be called to serve as a juror — completion of the Questionnaire is to determine your eligibility to serve on a federal jury. If you are summoned for jury service, you will have the opportunity to provide information about your ability to serve at that time.
