If you respond online (preferred) through eJUROR you will have an opportunity to indicate name and address changes upon login, as well as note if you are responding on someone else's behalf. Be sure to log in using the name exactly as it appears on the Qualification Questionnaire. If you do not know the intended recipient's current address, please return the Qualification Questionnaire to us marked as undeliverable. If you complete a paper Questionnaire, please indicate any name or address changes directly on the form and return to us by mail. Prospective jurors are randomly selected every two years from Kansas's registered voter list (provided by the Secretary of State) and supplemented with licensed driver and state ID records from the Department of Revenue. If you have moved out of Kansas, please update your information with the Department of Revenue and contact your former county to be removed from the voter list.
