Complaints should be filed electronically using CM/ECF.  If a motion for Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) is filed, the parties should complete the Information Sheet for Temporary Restraining Order and attach it to the motion in CM/ECF.  For parties who do not have access to CM/ECF, please submit your complaint by e-mail to ksd_clerks_kansascity@ksd.uscourts.gov or by fax 913-735-2249.
