Experience: After I established my own firm in 2003, I served as the mediator in more than 50 cases but stopped serving in that role to avoid actual or potential positional conflicts in my active litigation practice. As a litigator, I participated as an advocate in more than 100 mediations. I recently settled my last case as an adversary and am focusing my services on ADR to help others resolve their disputes..
