Regardless of your ability to serve on jury duty, a response is still required. Whether completing the Qualification Questionnaire online (preferred) through eJUROR or by mail, you will have the opportunity to describe the infirmity or indicate if you are responding on someone else's behalf. Please be sure to fully explain why the infirmity would interfere with jury service, as the Court may also consider other factors, such as the prospective juror's ability to maintain employment.
