A response is still required. If you have served in federal court within the past two years, you may request an excuse — though there is no cap on how frequently someone may serve. The excuse allowance for prior service is only applicable to prior federal service, not state court service. You may indicate prior service in your response, whether submitted online (preferred) through eJUROR or by mail.
