A response is required even if you have changed your name, moved, or received correspondence for someone who has moved. If you respond online (preferred) through eJUROR you will have the opportunity to indicate name and address changes, as well as note if you are responding on someone else's behalf. Be sure to log in using the name exactly as it appears on the summons. If you do not know the intended recipient's current address, please return the summons to us marked as undeliverable. If completing the Jury Information Form from the bottom of a paper summons, please indicate any name or address changes directly on the form and return it to us by mail.
